John Lewis & Partners: simplifying the order return delivery note

Reading through the copy to see what is most and least important, and to determine whether there’s any information we don’t need.

Organising the information: removing duplication, structuring the content in the order of most relevance to least if you were going to return something, rewriting sentences for readability and clarity

Then it was sent off to the team, with a meeting set up with me, SK and UX designer. I let them know my concerns about the icons and how the page wasn’t great for scanning and content hierarchy.

The page was reset with new icons and layout, ideally there wouldn’t be a million bullet points but that’s a battle for another day because they needed to print a million of these within the next day
